I’m Aili Larsen. You may also know me as Aili Puss, an internationally recognised stylist and educator from Estonia with over 20 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.

My career began behind the chair, but my passion for creative expression and technical mastery soon evolved into a deep love for education and hair artistry.
 

For many years, I had the honour of travelling the world alongside the iconic Sharon Blain, teaching advanced long-hair styling and creative techniques. This experience shaped my approach as both an artist and educator, strengthening my belief that education is the key to advancing our craft.
 

Today, my focus is on styling and hair art education. I’m dedicated to sharing innovative techniques, problem-solving for stylists, and helping hairdressers grow their confidence and creativity. Teaching energises me and I love inspiring artists to push boundaries and discover what’s truly possible with hair.
 

I’ve led artistic teams for Tallinn Fashion Week, represented my country on global stages, and earned numerous awards for my work in avant-garde artistry. These achievements reflect my commitment to excellence and my passion for pushing the boundaries of what hair can be.
